I am looking to sub-lease a commercial kitchen in the Raleigh, Garner or Clayton areas on a part time basis at a reasonable price for a new catering business. I am willing to work around your working hours and rent on an hourly basis. I am very clean, neat, organized and honest. I am willing to barter services (clean kitchen or provide administrative services for use of space or pay outright) and will sign a contract.
