Receptionist

A growing Cary law firm is looking for a Receptionist with at least one year’s experience working in a professional office. Candidates must be efficient in Microsoft Office programs, the Internet and quickly learn other software applications. Must have a friendly yet professional attitude, the ability to handle a large volume of phone calls, and to work independently. A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask is essential. Must be outgoing, friendly, and fun, and like to work in a team environment. Desirable characteristics include being dependable, a self starter, detail oriented, and desirous to learn and advance. Customer service experience necessary. Preference given to residents of the Cary-Apex-Holly Springs-Morrisville area.



Job Description:



Answer multiple phone lines, greet clients, type, file, copy, fax, process credit cards, data entry, maintain file room and office supplies, schedule appointments on law firm software, open client files, open and distribute mail, maintain office tidiness, manage business invoices, and assist coworkers with day to day activities. Knowledge of bookkeeping and Quickbooks not required, but a plus. Prior legal experience helpful.
