Senior Microsoft CRM Developer to provide development, implementation, testing and administration of a Microsoft CRM-based application, as well as mentoring departmental staff. This application will provide a mobile case management process using Microsoft CRM 3.0 streamlining and automating major Alcohol Law Enforcement work processes; A robust pre-defined and ad-hoc reporting mechanism within the new system utilizing Microsoft CRM 3.0 and SQL Reporting Services while integrating with various Microsoft products currently owned by the department.
Required:
• 3 to 5 years experience developing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft CRM-based applications.
• Experience configuring and administering Microsoft CRM 3.0, including user accounts, profiles, roles and other security settings.
• Work independently and/or in conjunction with department technical staff on integrating and/or constructing an application.
• A track record of success developing an application utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a case management scenario.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with business users and technical staff to convey complex ideas, both verbally and in written form
• Able to collaborate efficiently and function effectively in a team environment
• Customer focused
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work in a fast and fluid environment
• Requires candidate to understand business and functional requirements, user needs, GUI design, usability factors and the specified business processes to create user interfaces and CRM functions,
• Communicate with technical and non-technical members of the company.
Preferred:
• CRM, VB.NET, C#, SQL, SQL Server, Reporting Services, XML web services experience
• Microsoft Office applications experience
• Internet Development Technologies experience
